All refunds must be authorized by Comply Exchange Ltd by contacting email@example.com
Requests for a refund of a ComplyPRO Membership training course must be made within 30 days of the date the training module becomes available to access (the “Purchase Date”). If your refund request is granted, your Membership Licence will be terminated, and you will lose all progress and access to the product. ComplyPRO reserves the right to decline any refund requests at our discretion.
Program Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be made within 30 days of the ComplyPRO Membership training module becoming available to you. All cancellation requests should be submitted by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org where a member of our team will be in touch to deal with your request. If a cancellation is approved, all access to the Membership site, and any progress, will be terminated. On termination you agree to sign a certification of destruction, certifying that you do not have access to or retain any of our training product saved externally from the Membership website.
Complaint Resolution Policy
All complaints should be directed to our ComplyPRO Support Team. This is achieved by contacting them through the email@example.com facility. On receipt of the notification you should expect to receive a response to your initial complaint within 5 working days.
Course Update Policy
Courses provided through the ComplyPRO Membership site will be re-examined by a subject matter expert on at least an annual basis and updated accordingly with any developments that occurred within the last year. There may be a further charge to access the updated training. The Foundation Course was last reviewed on the 1st August 2020.
