China’s State Administration of Taxation announced on its Multlateral Tax Data Service Platform that the deadline for submitting Common Reporting Standard (CRS) data has been extended tentatively to June 30, 2022. The zero declaration, or nil reporting, deadline is not extended and remains May 31, 2022. The Administration recommends completing this declaration as soon as possible.
